This website is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), REGULATION (EU) 2016/679. In the focus are principles (GDPR Par. 5) as lawfulness, few data as possible, necessity and purpose, correctness, limitation of storing, transparency, integrity and privacy.

This website does not use user registration, user login, comment forms, and front-end editing with associated personal data. The use of the website is possible without providing personal data with the exception of advertising (see below: private market for rentals and resales).

Operating purpose

The operating purpose is providing blog information and advertising as described below at ‘Private market for rentals and resale’ with its own linked privacy policy.

Contact form

Personal data voluntary transmitted deliberately over the email contact form as name and email address are used only for contact. This data are not collected and stored outside of the email application and need your consent. Personal data are not given to any third party. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR is the legal basis for the collection and processing of contact form data. Personal data are not given to any third party.

Data storing and distribution

Backup data are stored periodically by the webmaster of the club and the webhoster.

The webhoster stores in the log files of the web server general access data and information as time of access, IP-address, browser and operation system necessary for the secure operation of the server (e.g. defence of cyber attacks and non-complying use). This data are neither collected nor used in applications of the club. Legal basis for temporary storing of data and log files the is Par. 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR .

Social media plug-in Shariff Wrapper

On our website we offer you the possibility to use so called “Social Media Buttons”. To protect your data, we use a solution called “Shariff”. Hereby the share buttons are implemented as static images, which contain a link to the corresponding social network site. If you click on such a button, you will be redirected to the respective social network site in the same way, as normal links would do as well. Only in that moment of time the provider of the social network site will get information about you, for example your IP address. If you do not click on such a share button, no data will be transmitted. On our website we offer share buttons for the following services / companies: Facebook, Google Plus, Threema, Twitter, WhatsApp.

Use of Google Analytics

The data collected, processed and stored are kept secure and confidential. They are used solely to provide and protect the Google Analytics service and to perform important system operations, in rare cases for legal purposes. Data are stored 14 month and are then deleted. By set up of the service for this website there is no data release for third parties and for any other purposes. User ID’s are not activated.

For the optimisation of our internet offer including statistics we have a legitimate interest according Par. 6  (1) lit. f GDPR. The collection, storing and processing of this anonymous data is done by Google Analytics on the base of our data processing agreement with Google. Google Analytics uses Cookies for measuring website usage.

Collected data about web access are pseudonymized (IP-pseudonymized). The options ‘to follow Do Not Track (DNT)’ sent by browsers and ‘user tracking opt-out’ are activated.

Use of cookies

This web site uses cookies in conformity with the EU regulation. The user of this site is asked if he agrees to cookies. After you have agreed to cookies you can revoke your consent any time you visit this website again.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) for consistent presentation of fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The IP address is only temporary stored for connection to load the fonts. Use of Google Fonts is unauthenticated. No cookies are sent by website visitors to the Google Fonts API. Right of enquiry about data (GDPR Par. 15)

If you want to use your right to know your stored data, please contact the responsible president of the club. You will get an answer within one month, if and which data are being stored. In detail you can demand information about: the purpose of data processing, the planned duration of data storing, the existing right of update and deletion of data, the existing right of appeal at a data protection supervisory authority.
